Frequently asked questions
Can I use my own logo, colours and document numbering?
Yes. Upload your logo, signature, brand colours, TPIN, bank details and terms, and choose any numbering format — for example quotation 0320 or INV-01024.
How do online payments work?
Connect your PayChangu business account in Settings → Online payments. Customers open the invoice link and pay with Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba or card; the invoice is marked paid after the payment is verified.
Can I control what each staff member can do?
Yes. Use the built-in roles or create your own with individual permissions and a priority level. Sensitive actions — issuing invoices, receiving goods, approving leave and payroll — can be limited to senior roles.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your workspace becomes read-only until you activate a plan, which you can pay for instantly with mobile money or card.
